Klara is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and coach passionate about helping clients reduce stress and live with greater joy and success.

Drawing from her extensive background in psychology and leadership, Klara's programs and coaching sessions cultivate an atmosphere of openness and acceptance, fostering resilience and heart-centered connection to oneself and others.

As a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach specializing in heart-brain connection, mindset transformation, and mind-body integration, she brings a uniquely integrative approach that seamlessly blends science-backed mindfulness techniques with energy practices that cultivate lasting joy and inner radiance.

Klara holds both a BA and MA in Psychology and brings over two decades of executive and coaching experience to her practice.

A natural builder who thrives on creating transformative experiences from the ground up, Klara has designed and launched speaker series, retreats, and immersive experiences that bridge ancient wisdom with modern science. 

Certified mindfulness meditation teacher by Tibet House US and Dharma Moon, and Traumatic Stress Studies certification from the Trauma Research Foundation, Klara also holds a BA and MA in Psychology from Stanford University.
